I admit that during the pandemic I was a bit fearful of having an installation done at my home but from the moment he arrived for the survey, I suspected that John Vozzi, with his great knowledge, good humor, and a lot of patience was the perfect man for the job. And I wasn't wrong. He and his crew (also terrific guys) arrived on time and during the coldest day of the year were efficient, highly detail oriented, very neat and seemed to love what they were doing. The installation itself is superb and John and company did everything possible to insure that my wife and I weren't inconvenienced in the least.
